A start is made with building a frame for the engine and the
rear framework. The car will be build around this base.

|
|
|
| An old body, which is basically hopeless,
is bought. This will become the body of the MiniV8.
|
|
|
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
| The front of the body was
prepared first. Because of the large brakes 17 inch rims
will be fitted. To achieve an acceptable turning circle
the wheel fenders are adjusted. For extra cooling a large
radiator is mounted.

The back of the old frame is sawed off to make room for the new frame with
the V8 engine.
|

|
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
| This is the result of the frame with the V8 engine mounted in it. The side boards are adjusted and broadened. The insides are fitted with plates to get a nice finished whole later on. |
